Hey Nune! Just got back in Perth from our trip to Georgia and it was amazing! We followed your advice and also did the Eastern Turkey Armenian heritage tour. It was so worth it! Mestia and Ushguli were absolutely mind-blowing. I couldn’t get enough of those Svan Towers and Shkhara mountain landscapes and Tony either. Our next adventure is Armenia, and we can’t wait for that trip next September. It’s a bummer we couldn’t meet up this year, so see you in Armenia in 2024.
Hey! Writing to thank you for an amazing trip to Georgia. The whole experience was slow-paced and super enjoyable. Even better I loved traveling in a small group of 7 from different corners of the world – Netherlands, Australia, Canada, and South Africa, I cound’t believe we will have such a diverse bunch 🙂 .
About our guide Gio and our driver Gio 😀 yes, they had the same name, and they told it’s the most common male name in Georgia. These guys were simply wonderful. They made sure everything was organized and timed perfectly throughout the tour. As for the the places we visited. Martvili Canyon and Prometheus Cave were absolutely breathtaking. I mean, the natural beauty was off the charts! And then there was Tsinandali and Sighnaghi – both places were just incredible. It is very comfortable to
travel with local travel company, and to have that direct connection with the guys, they are super helpful and solve every small issue very smoothly. Airport private transfers are super comfortable as they track flight scedules and make changes accordingly. I would definetelt reccomend Cascade Travel for Georgia trips.
